We do require a 24 hour notice for cancellation. If you do not give 24 hour notice we understand life happens! As a consideration we have a 1 time courtesy miss to all clients. The next cancellation or no show will be 50% of scheduled service. Future cancellations without 24 hour notice or no shows will be the full scheduled service charge.
We encourage you to still come in, however as a courtesy to the therapists schedule and other clients, we will still have to end our session at the scheduled time and you will be charged the original rate.
If you can find another paying client to replace your session time you will not incur a cancellation or no show charge.
We require a valid credit card to hold all appointments but we do not charge your card in advance. On the day of your appointment, you can pay in the form of cash, credit card or gift certificate. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24-hours then we will charge the appointment fee per our policy to the card on file.
We understand that it may feel frustrating to pay for a service you don't receive however, this is a way for us to protect our therapists and be sure they are getting paid for their time. If someone misses an appointment without notice, it prevents that therapist from working during the reserved time.
No, we do not accept insurance. We are cash or card only at this time.
